Mr. Shankar Aggarwal is a 1980 batch IAS Officer of the U.P. Cadre. an IAS Officer of 1980 batch from U.P. Cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of Roorkee (now IIT, Roorkee) and a Master’s Degree in Computer Technology from IIT, Delhi. He was the Secretary to the Govemment of India in the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Ministry of Urban Development, and Ministry of Labour & Employment; Former Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology.
